Nintendo Bits is a very ambitious website! Our goal is to provide a daily stream of Nintendo-related reviews, articles and news. Right now we have a modest staff of editors and that means that there plenty of editorial positions to fill. Therefore we would like to offer Nintendo Bits as a platform for (aspiring) writers to write honest and impartial reviews and articles.
- We would like you to write articles and reviews on a regular basis. However, we won’t put any pressure on you, so you must be pro-active and self-motivated to write content. Also, there aren’t any contracts involved, but we would definitely appreciate long-term commitment.
- We require you write well written content, but this doesn’t mean your English has to be at an academic level or your mother tongue. Just make sure it’s typo-free and the reader knows what you’re talking about.
- All content must be original, so whatever you write must remain exclusive to us. We don’t want to get in trouble with other websites or with Google, who have a tendency to penalise websites with duplicate content.
Please note that all contributing to Nintendo Bits happens on a voluntary basis and that we can’t supply review copies just yet. However, because Nintendo Bits doesn’t just focus on recent Nintendo games and releases, you have the option to write about older games, for example from the GameCube and GBA era. We have a weakness for the nostalgic!
If your passion is Nintendo and you would like to help us out by writing reviews, features or news items, please get in touch with us at contribute[at]nintendobits.com! You will be asked to write a sample review which we will hopefully see posted on the website!
