After releasing somewhat lacklustre 3D Classics as Excitebike and Urban Champion, Nintendo have decided to go for the real classics. Fan favourites Kirby and Kid Icarus will see their NES games, Kirby’s Adventure and Kid Icarus respectively, converted into the realm of 3D. How that will work, the two classics being side-scrollers, remains to be seen. One feature players will certainly look forward to is the ability to save your game in Kid Icarus. That game is one tough cookie!
3D Classics: Kirby’s Adventure will hit the European eShop on November 17th at a price of € 6. Release dates for other regions have not been announced yet, nor has a release date been revealed for 3D Classics: Kid Icarus.
